PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable fixing structure capable of preventing a grommet from being disengaged from an engagement groove of a fixing member and capable of comparatively easily attaching/detaching the grommet.SOLUTION: Movement of an engagement member 30 in a center axis direction of an insertion hole 31 is regulated by engaging a peripheral edge portion of the insertion hole 31 with a groove portion 16 and movement of the engagement member 30 to the aperture side of an engagement groove 21 is regulated by abutting a first abutting portion 33 on a first end surface 25 of a fixing member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
