PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed limit display function that enables a driver to recognize speed limit when signs of speed limit cannot be found on ordinary roads, expressways, and back streets.SOLUTION: A speed limit is displayed (3) on a car navigation (2) by using a GPS (1).
