PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an error of a band gap reference voltage.SOLUTION: A band gap reference voltage circuit 100 comprises an operational amplifier 110, a first diode 130, a first resistor 120, a second resistor 121, a third resistor 122, and a second diode 131. One end of first wiring 140 for electrically connecting a non-inverted input terminal of the operational amplifier to an anode of the first diode, and one end of second wiring 150 for electrically connecting the first resistor to the anode of the first diode are respectively connected to a connection terminal laminated on the anode of the first diode, and a band gap reference voltage is outputted from an output terminal of the operational amplifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
