According to the present invention, a touch panel comprises: a substrate; a pattern layer arranged on the substrate; an anisotropic conductive film arranged on a portion of an area of the pattern layer; and a flexible circuit electrically connected to the pattern layer through the anisotropic conductive film. The anisotropic conductive film includes adhesive resin and at least two types of conductive particles. The two types of the conductive particles have different electronic potential values. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the touch panel capable of preventing the pattern layer, bonded to the anisotropic conductive film, from being corroded.
