摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sliding resistance at a damper while assuring a sealing characteristic of a resilient seal member fixed to a disc valve for forming a pilot chamber.SOLUTION: A flow of hydraulic liquid generated through sliding motion of a piston within a cylinder in respect to an extension or retraction of a piston rod is controlled by a disc valve 33 to generate an attenuation force. A resilient seal member 58 fixed to a rear surface side of the disc valve 33 is fitted into a recess part 59 of a pilot body 41 to form a pilot chamber 34 and a valve opening of the disc valve 33 is controlled by an inner pressure in the pilot chamber 34. The resilient seal member 58 is constituted by a thick-walled base part 58A and a thin-walled lip part 58B, and a seal part 58E protruded at the outer circumferential part of the lip part 58B is slidingly contacted with an inner circumferential part of an outer cylindrical part 41E of the pilot body 41. Flexing of the thin-walled lip part 58B enables the sliding resistance to be reduced while assuring the seal characteristic of the resilient seal member 58.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
