PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a predictive emergency ADAS (predictive emergency automated driver assistance systems) configured to predict a trajectory of another traffic object in order to avoid crash with the other traffic object.SOLUTION: A system estimates a probability that two traffic objects will crash, and predicts movement of the involved traffic objects after the crash. The system uses the information on the possible movement of the traffic objects to plan a proper trajectory path for maneuvering a host vehicle with a predictive emergency ADAS so as to avoid the crash. The system detects a crash situation and applies a crash situation model to predict a future dynamic property of the other traffic object that has crashed or is about to crash. The system applies a particular crash model such as a collision model, a model induced from the crash simulation or a crash test, and a human response model in an emergency situation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
