PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a display device notifying a driver of a flooded state when the road is submerged with local severe rain or the like, since a measurement device of a water level or the like, a control device, and an alarm display device or the like must be wired and connected with each other, an installation work of these devices includes a power line installation work and a road construction, and requires a long work time and a traffic regulation, and necessitates a large work cost, and as a result, the installation work is not expedited, and the occurrence of the traffic fault when the road is flooded cannot be prevented.SOLUTION: A flooding alarm display device installs a water level gauge inside a water storage tank for drainage provided by connecting to a side groove, utilizes a pump provided in the water storage tank, drives the pump based on a measured water level of a water level gauge, detects a drive state by a controller of a pump control panel, wirelessly transmits the detection result via the controller to display panels installed on both sides of a road, and electro-optically displays on the panels an alarm such as a flooding alarm, a heavy rainfall flooding, and a traffic closure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
