PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary fixing mechanism capable of easily adjusting the angle or sounding direction, while ensuring moderate fixed angle feeling, and to provide a speaker device and a speaker system.SOLUTION: In the speaker enclosure 35 of a satellite speaker 12, the proximal end 51 is fixed to the distal end 55 of a support 37 fixed to a base 31, and held rotatably for the distal end 55 of a support 37 by means of a click mechanism.
