PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain simplification of configuration and reduction of cost.SOLUTION: An alarm processing circuit includes a plurality of abnormality detection circuits (9-1 to 9-n) which detect different abnormalities and output alarm signals; signal conversion circuits (13-1 to 13-n and 17) for converting the alarm signals outputted from the plurality of abnormality detection means (9-1 to 9-n) into time signals having eigen time widths corresponding to types of the abnormalities; and a discrimination circuit (21) for discriminating the types of the abnormalities on the basis of the time widths of the time signals outputted from the signal conversion circuits (13-1 to 13-n and 17).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
