PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire terminal information on a terminal device existing within a range of a desired distance, without limiting radio wave strength or sensitivity and without requiring troublesome operation.SOLUTION: An image formation device 100 sets a setting distance D depending on whether an "acquisition from a close position" button 402 is depressed or a "long distance acquisition" button 403 is depressed on a distance setting screen displayed when an "address acquisition using Bluetooth (R) " button 401 is depressed on a destination setting screen; and originates search request information including information on the setting distance D and output radio wave strength P. A portable terminal 300, when having received a search request, measures radio wave strength; calculates a propagation loss L from measurement radio wave strength RSSI and the output radio wave strength P; and calculates a measurement distance d from the propagation loss L. When the measurement distance d is shorter than the setting distance D, connection of near field radio communication between the portable terminal 300 and the image formation device 100 is established and a mail address is transmitted to the image formation device 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
