PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device that allows any user to quite easily acquire a map to a destination.SOLUTION: An image reading unit 120 is configured to read an image of a document, and acquire image data, and destination information acquisition unit 301 is configured to acquire location information described in the document from the image data acquired by the image reading unit 120 as information indicative of a destination. A departure point information holding unit 302 is configured to store location information on the own device as information indicative of a departure point. A map information acquisition unit 303 is configured to acquire map information from the departure point to the destination on the basis of the destination information held by the destination information acquisition unit 301, the departure point information held by the departure point information acquisition unit 302. An image formation unit 140 is configured to print out the map information acquired by the map information acquisition unit 303 on a sheet together with the destination information and the departure point information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
