PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test method and test equipment capable of reducing costs when a main test is performed by realizing an efficient combination test.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a test method for attempting a plurality of times of tests using a plurality of parameters as variables targeting a system including the parameters, and having: a step S1 of adding weight according to importance in the system to the respective alternatives which the respective parameters can take; and a step S2 of determining content and an order of the tests in consideration of at least two references of a first reference for reducing the number of times of attempts as much as possible, a second reference for determining an order of performing the tests according to the weight, and a third reference of determining frequencies in which the alternatives are adopted in the attempts according to the weight in order to solve the above problem.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
