PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device capable of improving comfort.SOLUTION: An illumination device 10 includes: a first light emitting unit 11 having a 1/2 beam angle of 45 degrees or less; a second light emitting unit 12 having a 1/2 beam angle wider than that of the first light emitting unit 11; and a control unit 13 to control the lighting states of the first light emitting unit 11 and the second light emitting unit 12. The ratio of the total light flux of the first light emitting unit 11 with respect to the total light flux of the second light emitting unit 12 is 1 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
