PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part time personnel evaluation system for evaluating each part time person using practical business track record data, and calculating potential evaluation of the person who desires to work at a customer company by using the evaluation result, for evaluating whether ot not the person is an ideal candidate for the customer company, accurately.SOLUTION: The part time personnel evaluation system is configured to: store information such as a duty actual condition, human nature evaluation, and presence/absence of warning subjects about the person; calculate a part time comprehensive evaluation result; use the part time comprehensive evaluation result for calculating potential comprehensive evaluation result about the person who desires to work at a customer company when the customer company employs a new employee.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
