PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas analysis device which can accurately measure the number density of oxygen molecules even under a rapidly temperature changing condition, for example, immediately after an engine has started.SOLUTION: There is provided a gas analysis device 1 comprising a light source unit 10, a light-receiving unit 20, a laser control unit 50, sensors 31, 32, and a control unit 60. The control unit 60 comprises: a calculation unit 61b for calculating specific gas amount information in the gas to be measured, on the basis of the absorption peak of a specific gas in the intensity change I(ν) of the measurement light received by the light-receiving unit 20 and a measured temperature in a gas cell 70; an expanse amount calculation unit 61c for calculating the expanse amount of the absorption peak of the specific gas; and a determination unit 61d for calculating a calculation temperature in the gas cell 70 on the basis of the expanse amount of the absorption peak, comparing the measured temperature and the calculated temperature, and determining the response delayed section of the temperature sensor 32, the arithmetic unit 61b calculating the specific gas amount information from the calculated temperature in the response delayed section and calculating the specific gas amount information from the measured temperature in other than the response delayed section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
