PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide molding equipment which facilitates take-out of a molded part having an undercut part from a mold.SOLUTION: Molding equipment 1 comprises: a cavity mold 3; a core mold 4 including a sub core 5 and a body core 45, and molding a molded part M between it and the cavity mold 3; a rod part 6 including a rotary guide path 63 penetrating the core mold 4 to a mold opening/closing direction, supporting the sub core 5 at one end, and including a spiral zone for determining a rotation direction on a peripheral face; a movement support part 71 for moving the rod part 6 to the mold opening/closing direction so that the sub core 5 is separated from the body core 45 during mold release of the molded part; a transmission part fixed to one end side of the rod part 6 and transmitting rotary force of the rod part 6 to outside; and a rotary control part 12 for sliding contacting the rotary guide path and rotating the rod part 6. The sub core 5 comprises a slide core part 51 which retreats so as not to overlap an undercut part M1 in the mold opening/closing direction during mold release of the molded part, and a transmitted part for receiving rotary force from the transmission part and retreating the slide core part 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
