PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminate, in which the laminate is molded integrally by press molding so that the laminate excellent in dimentional accuracy can be produced with high mass productivity.SOLUTION: The method for producing the laminate, in which a preform, which is obtained by layering a thermocurable resin-containing intermediate base material on a thermoplastic resin-containing base material, is molded integrally by press molding to produce the laminate, comprises at least two intermittent press steps (I) and (II). At the press step (I), the preform is heated at the temperature equal to or higher than Tb(°C) and cured until the cure degree of a thermocurable resin becomes 80-100% to obtain an intermediate. At the press step (II), the intermediate obtained at the press step (I) is kept at the temperature lower than Tb(°C) to solidify a thermoplastic resin. The melting point of the thermoplastic resin is compared with the glass transition temperature thereof so that the higher temperature is used as Tb(°C).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
