PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof box capable of reducing noise to the circumference by reducing leakage of sound from an exhaust port by efficiently discharging heat from the exhaust port while minimizing a size of the exhaust port which is main factor of leakage of sound, and preventing stop of an engine of a generator and the like by suppressing oxygen deficiency by sufficiently suppressing temperature rise inside of the soundproof box, in the soundproof box covering an engine-type machine such as the generator to reduce the noise to the circumference.SOLUTION: A soundproof box (B1) includes a box main body (1) composed of the required number of side surface members (11, 12, 13, 14) and an upper surface member (15) having a soundproof material, and opened at its lower side, an exhaust port (153) formed on the upper surface member (15) by opening a part of the upper surface member (15), and an intake fan (2) disposed on the side surface member (11) to take the outside air into the box main body (1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
