PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain smooth slide performance at a contact part between a tongue piece part which energizes a sprag of a sprag-type oneway clutch to an engagement direction and the sprag.SOLUTION: A plurality of pockets 52 are formed by punching being one kind of shearing processing with intervals in a longitudinal direction of a slender band-shaped plate part 51 which is composed of a metal thin plate, and tongue piece parts 54 which hang out into the pockets 52 are arranged at one-end sides of column parts 53 which are formed between the adjacent pockets 52 in a circumferential direction, the band-shaped plate part 51 is folded into an arc shape, and assembled between an outer ring 10 and an inner ring 20, and sprags 30 which are inserted into the respective pockets 52 are energized to an engagement direction by the tongue piece parts 54. The band-shaped plate part 51 is folded so that droops 58 which are formed at cut faces of sheared tips of the tongue piece parts 54 are located at an outside diameter side, the droops 58 are made to contact with the sprags 30, and slide performance is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
