PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation type compressor and a refrigeration cycle device capable of improving a compression efficiency by appropriately arranging a position of a discharging passage for working fluid that is compressed to show a high temperature.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a rotation type compressor 2. A partition plate 18 placed between a first cylinder 17 and a second cylinder 19 constituting a compression mechanism 9 to partition both of them is provided with partition plate side discharging ports 18Aa, 18Ba for discharging working fluid from within the first cylinder chamber 17a and within the second cylinder 19a. The discharging passage 18a is arranged at a position where it is not overlapped on suction passages 25, 26 for the working fluid formed at the first cylinder 17 and the second cylinder 19 as seen from an axial direction of a rotation axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
