PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a wall-embed type image display device and an image display device attachment arrangement capable of improving workability.SOLUTION: The image display device attachment structure is arranged to defines an opening 11 for receiving an image display device 9. The image display device attachment structure has a structure that a frame member 10, which holds the image display device and a transparent cover member 35 covering the surface side of the image display device, is embedded in the wall and fixed to wall bases 2 and 3. Around the periphery of the frame member at the inner periphery surface side, a recessed step part 12 for receiving four edge parts of the transparent cover member is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
