PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffraction-grating-movable-type phase photographing apparatus that has a simple structure and can reduce the manufacturing cost, and provide a phase photographing apparatus using a restoring method including a relaxation factor.SOLUTION: A diffraction grating is moved and a plurality of interference fringe images are photographed. The present invention provides a method of restoring a phase shift by introducing a relaxation factor considering the movement position of the diffraction grating into each of the photographed images, and of determining a value of the correlation relaxation factor.
