The device has a removal small tube (1) whose front end is closed with a cap. Radially protruding external thread segments (15) are circumferentially distributed on an outer jacket of a dome-shaped projection (3) and spaced from each other. Radially protruding internal thread segments (11) are circumferentially distributed on an inner jacket of a guide sleeve (4) and overlap with each other. Pocket-shaped recesses extend parallel to the internal segments. Front end-sides of the recesses are limited by two stoppers that engage with the external segments in an end position of the sleeve. The cap is designed as a screw cap or a stopper cap. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a device for removal of body fluids.
