PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head which can suppress cross talk between a plurality of pressure chambers, and decrease changes in a liquid discharge state; and a liquid discharge device including the liquid discharge head.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge head 7 includes: a plurality of discharge outlets 16 for discharging liquid; a plurality of pressure chambers 11 which includes pressure generating means 21 and is connected with the discharge ports 16; common liquid chambers 12a and 12b; and a plurality of liquid channels 15a and 15b which respectively connect the pressure chambers 11 to the common liquid chambers 12a and 12b. In the inside of the liquid channels 15a and 15b, a plurality of dampers 17 are respectively provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
