PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase production efficiency of a tire by reducing the man hour in molding a green tire than before.SOLUTION: The tire manufacturing method includes: a step of forming an intermediate member 10; and a step of molding the green tire to manufacture a tire including an inner-liner 20 and a side wall rubber 21. In the step of forming the intermediate member 10, the intermediate member 10 integrally including at least the inner-liner 20 and the side wall rubber 21 is formed.
