Provided is a fuse array circuit which can stably output information programmed in a fuse by controlling a read operation of the fuse array circuit. The fuse array circuit comprises: a power generation unit for generating driving power the level of which is shifted in a read operation period at least once; a word line driving unit for driving a word line by receiving the driving power; and a fuse array including at least one fuse, and outputting information programmed in a fuse activated by the word line through a bit line. |
