PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of stabilizing performance for cooling a cooling object fluid by evaporation latent heat occurred according to evaporation of a reaction medium in an evaporation container.SOLUTION: In a reaction container 21 of a reactor 20, a chemical thermal storage medium 22 is accommodated for storing heat by performing dehydration reaction when absorbing heat and releasing heat when performing hydration reaction. When hydration reaction is performed in the reaction container 21, a heat exchanger 30 functions as an evaporator. A valve device 12 adjusts a supply amount of steam which is generated in a container 31 which serves as an evaporation container and which is supplied to the inside of the reaction container 21 according to the hydration reaction. Control means controls the valve device 12 according to a pressure in the container 31 which is detected by a pressure sensor 35 and adjusts cooling performance of blowing air by a heat exchanging unit 32 when the heat exchanger 30 is the evaporator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
