PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the shape of an emission waveform without pausing distance measurement.SOLUTION: A light-flight-type distance measuring device 21 drives a light receiving element 26 in a sequence having a matrix of a phase number n, linearly calculates a value sampled on the basis of a matrix of a rank n to the phase number n, and detects a waveform equivalent to a waveform sampled in 1/n step. By linearly calculating the value sampled on the basis of the matrix of the rank n to the phase number n, a waveform equivalent to the waveform sampled in the 1/n step can be restored, and whether the shape of an emission waveform is normal can be determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
