PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a self-defense unit to be easily and always carried on a portable telephone terminal and rapidly used when its owner meets a thug or molester etc. to improve a rate of avoidance.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a self-defense unit 20 stored in a smart-phone 1 having a communication function. The self-defense unit comprises a nozzle connector part 21 to which a nozzle of a bomb 22 filled with liquid or gas such as lacrimatory gas in it is removably attached; an opening or closing valve for opening or closing an aeration passage communicated with the nozzle connector part 21; an injection part 26 communicated with the opening or closing valve and that can be protruded from an inside part of the main body of the smart-phone 1 toward outside; an injection part holding mechanism for keeping a stored state of the injection part 26 within the main body; an injection operating part 24 for opening or closing the opening or closing valve and injecting lacrimatory gas in the bomb outwardly through the injection part 26; and an emergency operating part 104a for releasing the stored state by the injection part holding mechanism and protruding the injection part toward outside of the main body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
