PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular disk brake capable of reducing the drag of a friction pad reliably.SOLUTION: A pad spring 7 comprises: a disk turn-in side pad return part 7f for abutting against a disk turn-in side at the vehicle forward movement time of a friction pad 6, for energizing the friction pad 6 to an opposite disc rotor side; and a disk turn-out side pad return part 7f for abutting against the disk turn-out side of the friction pad 6 at the vehicle forward movement, for energizing the friction pad 6 to the opposite rotor side, wherein the pad returning force of the turn-in side pad return part 7f is made 1.2 times or more of the pad returning force of the pad return part 7f of the disk turn-out side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
