PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an impact of a side lobe on a respiratory signal in belly imaging using a respiration synchronization method by a magnetic resonance apparatus.SOLUTION: Navigator sequences NS1 and NS2 set so as to satisfy |W'(K')|S'(K')=|W(K)|S(K) and θ'=-θ are performed (ST1). Navigator data is acquired from an echo collected by the navigator sequence NS1, and navigator data is acquired from an echo acquired by the navigator sequence NS2.
