PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral inductor having a simple and downsized structure and capable of eliminating the need of microfabrication, reducing a line width, increasing the number of turns, stabilizing performance, and being easily manufactured, a method for manufacturing a spiral inductor, and a transformer.SOLUTION: A spiral inductor comprises: an SiC layer 10; a salient 10P spirally arranged on a surface of the SiC layer 10; a facet surface formed on an outer wall of the salient 10P; and graphene nanoribbons 12(GU1) and 12(GU2) arranged on the facet surface and spirally arranged on the SiC layer 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
