PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate, from a program executed by a target processor and the instruction set table of the target processor, the number of clock cycles executed by the program with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An information processing device according to the present invention has: a storage unit for storing the instruction set interpreted and executed by the processor of a target device and an instruction set table indicating the meaning and the number of clock cycles of each instruction; an extraction unit for extracting a specific instruction in a target program; a generation unit for referring to the instruction set table and interpreting the target program and generating a processor-independent flag generation program necessary to generate the sequence of flags pertaining to the specific instruction; and a calculation unit for calculating the number of clock cycles of the target program by tracing each instruction of the target program and adding up the number of cycles in accordance with the sequence of flags obtained by executing the flag generation program.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
