PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an updating method for a gas insulation switchgear by which, in updating work for exchanging a breaker, the updating work can be performed while avoiding stop of a busbar when next exchanging the breaker.SOLUTION: The updating method for a gas insulation switchgear 110 includes the steps of: venting an insulation gas from a tank 20; providing a first additional tank 21 and a second additional tank 22 in the tank 20 closer to a breaker unit 1 than a portion for housing a disconnector 3; and providing a second spacer 42 for separating the tank 20 and the first additional tank 21 and separating the first additional tank 21 and the second additional tank 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
