The present invention relates to a walk-in apparatus for a seat which improves reliability and stability of a walk-in function. To this end, the present invention comprises: a walk-in operation lever provided to be rotated by linking with a manipulation of a walk-in cable; a link device which forms a plurality of link connecting structures and is rotated depending on rotation of the walk-in operation lever; and a walk-in memory module which is provided to move in a longitudinal direction in a space between a movable rail and a fixed rail and fastened to or released from the link device by the rotation of the link device and at the same time, locked to or unlocked from a vehicle body side.
