The present invention relates to a rotation device for a gimbal using a guide bar, which easily controls the rotation of the gimbal by minimizing the resistance which occurs due to the cable connected to the gimbal which is used for maintaining balance. According to the present invention, the rotation device for a gimbal using the guide bar to rotate a gimbal comprises: a rotation plate which is connected to an upper fixed plate to be rotated; a guide bar which is protruded and fixed on the rotation shaft of the rotation plate; a guide bush which is mounted at the end of the guide bar in a ring shape; and a spiral type cable which extends from the lower surface of the upper fixed plate and is passed through the guide bush and provided to the rotation plate.
