A device for adjusting tension of a track comprises: a track spring assembly coupled to an idler supporting the track, and having a track spring to absorb a shock caused by an external force applied to the idler from the track and a cylinder supporting the track spring to pressurize the track spring when displacement of the track spring is generated by the external force; a piston fixated to a track frame, coupled to the cylinder to reciprocate inside the cylinder, and having a flow path interconnected to the inside of the cylinder; and a lubricant supply control unit installed in the piston, and having an injection unit to selectively inject a lubricant to the inside of the cylinder through a flow path and a discharge unit to selectively discharge the lubricant in the cylinder to the outside from the flow path.
