PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing line guide member hardly having an abrasion trace in the case where it is slid with a fishing line, capable of being used over a long term, and excellent in an abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A fishing line guide member 1 is characterized in that the crystal polymorphism of silicon carbide is a sintered substance of a silicon carbide material having a crystal polymorphism of silicon carbide 6H type, 4H type and 15R type and an average crystal grain diameter of less than 5 μm, and, in the total 100 mass % of the 6H type, 4H type and 15R type, the 4H type is 4 mass% or more and 18 mass% or less, the 15 R type is 4 mass% or more and 8 mass% or less, and the remainder being 6H type.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
