PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack device which can be easily installed at an execution site without using a frame of a building, can change the weight and size of a heavy load as well as a structure to suit a space of the execution site, and is suitable for conveyance of the heavy load on a conveyance path having a step.SOLUTION: A stage 4 for loading a heavy load is formed by two straight first members 2 arranged in parallel and at least two straight second members 3 connected detachably to the first members 2 through connection members 13. Leg parts 6 consisting of four hydraulic cylinders 5 are disposed perpendicularly on foundations so that tips of rods 15 are installed on the foundations. Cylinder bodies 26 of the hydraulic cylinders 5 are mounted detachably to both ends of each of the two first members 2.
