PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting module and an illumination apparatus capable of preventing occurrence of migration and reducing the manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The light-emitting module includes: a substrate formed with a wiring pattern; a light emitting element which is electrically connected to the wiring pattern; an enclosure wall member which is formed over the substrate a joint portion including a resin to enclose the light emitting element; a first cover portion which includes a resin identical to the resin included in the joint portion, which covers an exposed portion of the wiring pattern outside of the enclosure wall member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
