PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement enabling an operator in charge of a case to efficiently process the case by enabling identification as to at which phase the case to be processed is waiting for processing and identification that the case has been processed in the past when the case to be processed is a case which has been processed, and enabling efficient processing of a case when the same operator in charge processes the case again.SOLUTION: To enable identification as to in which role an operator in charge approves a case requested to be processed to the operator in charge, roles are displayed for the respective roles of a list of roles waiting to be processed displaying cases requested to be processed. Further, when the case requested to be processed to the operator in charge is a case which the operator in charge has processed in the past, a role at the time of past acceptance and an acceptance date thereof are displayed. The function of an acceptance button enabling acceptance of the case of the display screen of the case waiting to be processed on the display screen of the case waiting to be processed is controlled to be displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
