PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel heat-resistant xylanase showing xylanase activity under high temperature, polynucleotide coding the heat-resistant xylanase, an expression vector for expressing the heat-resistant xylanase, a transformant in which the expression vector is incorporated, and a method of manufacturing a lignocellulose decomposition product using the heat-resistant xylanase.SOLUTION: The heat-resistant xylanase is a heat-resistant xylanase having xylanase catalytic activity, and is a polypeptide which has xylanase activity under the condition of at least 85°C and pH6.0 and is made up of a specific amino acid sequence, a polypeptide made up of an amino acid sequence in which 1 or several amino acids are deleted, substituted or added out of a specific amino acid sequence, or a polypeptide made up of an amino acid sequence having 80% or more of sequence identity with a specific amino acid sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
