PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high durability photoelectric conversion element in which the conversion efficiency is less likely to be reduced by heat, and to provide an organic thin film solar cell, and a soar cell module.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element has at least a semiconductor layer 108, a lower electrode 101, a lower buffer layer 102, an organic active layer 103, and an upper electrode 105, in this order, on a substrate 106. With such a configuration, the semiconductor layer blocks diffusion of impurities from the substrate to each layer constituting the photoelectric conversion element, carriers deficient in the lower buffer layer can be compensated by carriers from the semiconductor layer, and change of bonding of the lower electrode and lower buffer layer and/or the lower buffer layer and organic active layer can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
