PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an energy saving while considering user's feeling of cold heat or hot heat about a hot heat environment in a room.SOLUTION: An incident data generation part 18 extracts operation state parameter values at the time of user's declaration for every declaration from an operation state DB 17, generates incident data indicating incident generated from these operation state parameter values, an incident table generating part 21 counts the number of each incident data for every combination of water feeding temperatures and operation condition parameter values contained in the incident data as the operation state parameter values, makes an incident table indicating a relation between the attained times of declaration and these combinations, an optimum control range presentation part 22 selects a range of water feeding temperature not declared from the incident table and presents it as the optimum control range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
