PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor brush capable of more efficiently cooling a motor, and to provide a vacuum cleaner equipped with the floor brush.SOLUTION: A case body 31 includes: a suction chamber 41 having a suction port 46 and forming an air channel for sucking air from the suction port 46; and a motor chamber 42 which is separated from the suction chamber 41. A motor 54 is disposed in the motor chamber 42. The motor 54 is provided with an upstream side opening 64 and a downstream side opening 65 which are communicated with each other, at one end side and the other end side, respectively, and generates driving force driving a rotary brush 52. A support body 69 is mounted around the motor 54 and on a position between the upstream side opening 64 and the downstream side opening 65 and supports the motor 54 with respect to the motor chamber 42. The support body 69 partitions the motor chamber 42 into one side and the other side. The suction opening 58 makes the one side of the motor chamber 42 partitioned by the support body 69 communicate with the outer part of the case body 31. A communication opening 59 makes the other side of the motor chamber 42 partitioned by the support body 69 communicate with the suction chamber 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
