The present invention relates to a heating and cooling packaging pack. More specifically, the present invention has excellent adhesion, has excellent appearance, and protects a surface layer configuring a packaging pack to form a floor surface to spread out. To achieve the purpose, the present invention melting PE to be coated on a surface of a PET film by a T-Die method, wherein the PET film forms the surface layer of the packaging pack, thereby minimizing consumption of a raw material, protecting the surface layer of the packaging pack, and folding the floor surface of the packaging pack in a W form to enable both sides to be bonded by heat in order to be easily manufactured. |
