FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of biochemistry. Diagnostic instrument for sample analysis and method for sample preparation and analysis are claimed. Diagnostic instrument contains probe carrier, probe, multitude of tube cassettes, insulation zone, and flow cytometer. Method for sample preparation and analysis includes loading cassettes with tubes, movement of probe along uniaxial track to select samples from one of selected tubes, movement of probe along uniaxial track to introduce samples into tubes, movement of probe along uniaxial track to sample reagent for flow cytometer, introduction of reagent into hole or tube in insulation zone to prepare sample for test, analysis of prepared combinations of sample/reagent by means of flow cytometer.EFFECT: invention provides analysis automation and increase of analysis productivity.15 cl, 6 dwg |
