FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flotation device meant for extraction of valuable mineral from suspension and can be used in, mainly, mining. Claimed device comprises the components that follow. The body is provided with flotation chamber. At least one foam catcher is meant for discharge of foam product formed at the flotation chamber top area. At least one system is meant for feed of gas and/or suspension into flotation chamber. At least one reversible diaphragm to divide the flotation chamber horizontally into the top and bottom parts. The flotation chamber free ID can be locally decreased and is fully located in the flotation chamber suspension area. Additionally, claimed flotation device comprises at least one measuring system for registration of at least one flotation device operating condition and at least one control and adjustment device connected with said measuring system for automatic readjustment of diaphragm subject to said one parameter. This device is used for flotation of the particles of valuable substance, in particular, ore mineral particles, from the suspension with the content of solids of 10-60% to get the foamed product.EFFECT: higher efficiency.27 cl, 2 dwg |
