FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: suprapubic cannula for body cavity puncturing comprises outer and inner longitudinally slotted sleeves having proximal and distal ends and two handles at their proximal end. The inner sleeve is enclosed inside the outer sleeve so as to be able to move longitudinally and rotate inside the outer sleeve so that the long slot of the inner sleeve is closed in the first rotary position by the outer sleeve, and the long slots of the inner and outer sleeves are arranged above each other in the second rotary position. At its distal end, the inner sleeve has a puncture tip configured retracted inside the outer sleeve if the inner sleeve is found in the second rotary position. The inner and outer sleeves and/or the two handles are mutually locked in the second position. A kit contains the above safety cannula for body cavity puncturing, and a catheter, which can be embedded into the inner sleeve of the cannula. The catheter is configured removable from the cannula in the second position of the cannula by means of the long slots in the sleeves which are arranged above each other.EFFECT: inventions ensure minimising the risk of injury and infection.20 cl, 22 dwg |
