FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: hydraulic drive is designed for use in construction, agricultural and other industrial machines and equipment. Hydraulic drive comprises hydraulic tank, pump connected by hydraulic line with actuator through shutoff device made up of three two-position hydraulic control valve controlled throttle, drain line. Hydraulic drive is equipped with two adjustable throttles, two check valves and differential pressure sensor, which includes a housing with cavity and cover, between which is clamped diaphragm, forming plus and minus chambers. In sensor housing are made: channel of plus chamber and channel control signal, and in its cavity there is a hollow plunger connected with its rod with diaphragm. In cover there is a channel negative chamber and adjusting screw compression spring installed in negative chamber, which is connected with pressure hydraulic line after controlled throttle. Positive chamber is connected through adjustable throttle to pressure hydraulic line to controlled throttle. Control cavity of hydraulic lock is connected via check valve with a channel control signal of sensor housing, inlet cavity of hydraulic lock is connected to pressure hydraulic line to lock device, an outlet cavity of hydraulic lock is connected with control cavity of locking device and via shutoff valve is connected to drain hydraulic line, and via another check valve is connected with control cavity of hydraulic lock, which is connected via other shut-off valve to drain hydraulic line.EFFECT: high efficiency of protection system of hydraulic drives of machines from unauthorised discharge of working fluid from hydraulic system.1 cl, 1 dwg |
